Antelope Valley Haunts Rural Paranormal Research

I am a real estate broker and have been in the Antelope Valley for 13 years. Paranormal studies have been a hobby...OK OK obsession... of mine since I had my own paranormal experience as a child. I grew up in a house in Sylmar CA. that both my mother and I were convinced was haunted. Of course dad was oblivious and never quite understood. After years of exposure to "shadow" figures, lights that didn't want to stay on or off when you flipped the switch, and objects not being where you left them, I guess I got pretty jaded. That is until a few years ago. After I was divorced from my first wife, I moved back into my childhood home with my parents and three young children. The house wasn't quite large enough, so for the first time since the house was built in 1968, my family moved out. Well what ever was in the house didn't like that much, and it followed us. On a night about a month later it decided to sit on my chest and try to suffocate me. Needless to say, after years of enjoying the company of a playfull and mischevious entity, I had enough. I forced the entity out of the house with a "Laymens blessing"  and have missed the interaction ever since. So now I go around looking to see what else is out there. Strictly an amature, but a fervant fan and a sceptic by experience. It's kinda' like crab meat, once you've had the real thing, the artificial stuff just tastes bad.
