What is your Official Name :

We are 'Antelope Valley Haunts Paranormal Research.' Our initial are AV.H.P.R.  Our Group nickname is Eternal Knights.

When did you first become organized? Why and When did you start to investigate the paranormal?

 I organized AVHPR in 1994. I had discovered the interest in paranormal activity had started once again. This rekindled an interest in me once again, that had been dormant for 6 years. I was driven to the paranormal since the young age of 6. I did not know that due to a dramatic experience I would be directed to a lifetime path. At the age of 15 I conducted my first paranormal investigation. Banded with a friend we decided to stay at the first place. The Hollywood Cemetery.... I went to many other locations looking for evidence of paranormal activity. Going through different people in a small NO NAME team. But my interest has continued since then. Now at the age of 39 I still have not stopped researching the paranormal.

Do you believe in God?

 Due to so many questions and comments regarding us being Satanic Worshippers, Devil Worshippers, Into Black Magic, Sensitives, Witch Craft, Spiritualism, Atheist, or anything of that sort. We are not! I do have extensive knowledge about the occult. I also have an extensive knowledge about the Old and New Testament. We personally due believe in God and only him. I do not believe in organised religion though.

I have a personal relationship with my Creator and I do mean personal. So to answer the question simply: Yes I do!

How much do we Make and Charge?

This is another of the most common questions we come across. I will break it down to two parts. We work completely free of charge. However we greatly appreciate it when people donate equipment, cash and even food and drinks on some occasions. We have never charged for any investigation and never will.

Second part is How much do we make? Paranormal Research is important to us. We donate time, money, and hard work. This is due to our strong beliefs in the paranormal research being conducted. Due to lack of funds, we have to sometimes delay our research.  However we all band together and pitch in and back to a new investigation we go. Our greatest satisfaction is the gratitude of our clients and their appreciation after our investigation is complete. Whether we Disprove or Prove their haunting..

What are our intentions?

Our main interest is the paranormal. But we also dabbler in Treasure Hunting, Gold Prospecting Off road trailing, Herpetology, and Nature  . We are a collect evidence only Team. Our research protocol is similar to Taps ( The Atlantic Paranormal Society). We never use any form of medium to collect our evidence. That being a person or device to provoke the paranormal activity of a location.  Even though we do not have any sensitives psychics or mediums in our crew. We have been called to join other groups that due have them . We respect their thoughts and techniques and have enjoyed working with them in the past. Look forward for future endevours with them.

How do we help people?

Our knowledge we have collected through out the years of encountering paranormal activity has been a great asset to us. We are able to give a better understanding and an explanation to our clients. We show and share the evidence collected with our viewers. We keep all of our clients anonymous and confidentiality personal when asked. Just not the evidence. We teach people how to deal with paranormal activity in their daily life.  We gather evidence to assure the client of probable paranormal activity. We then determine the type of activity they are encountering.  We are here to prove or disprove activity only?

Why do we do a lot of abandoned places?

We are mostly Urban Paranormal Researchers. What does this mean? We go to places and dissect them. When possible we Treasure Hunt or follow an Urban Legends  in the evening before the Sun falls. We prefer to go to the desert or locations in remote areas. We go searching for historical places and locate paranormal activity related to its past and to the Old West. We have collected lots of paranormal activity. We have also been the first to discover paranormal activity in locations that once were forgotten. We have come across an array of historical artifacts. That have been forgotten. Cleaned and put away.Our paranormal evidence and knowledge in the life out here has helped us determine lots of answers. But, also creating many new questions? Even though we may never have all the answers, we try our best to have most of the answers.

Why does it take long to get an answer when I email?

I wanted to let everyone know that I do read every letter , application and comment.. I enjoy the requests and letters of gratitude I have received.. But, I do have a day job and am also a father of 5 kids with 2 grand daughters and a wife of 24 years. What I do is done on my days off. Sometimes my family calls me to spend time with them. I do answer most of the letters and try to get a solution. But do understand . First in my life is family.  I personally answer all my letters. When time permits it. Please accept my apology for a delay answer.

Can anyone go with you guys?

Yes,  we go with different people and have a great time. We are picky as to whom comes with us. We require to fill out a short form. If you are available when we call you them come on. If you work out we will call you again and again. Remember we each pull our own and help out with the equipment. A plus if you have some. Please psychics, mediums or anything of that sort need not to apply. Also be aware that we go to some amazing and hard to reach desolate areas. We have encountered venomous snakes , wild dogs and other dangers. Being fit is a plus. Some places are in hard to get or climb places. Also a picture is required with your form. We are a non profit making crew.  We volunteer our time and carry our own expenses.
